What I build, how it works, and what it costs

Three levels that stack, four clear steps, and fixed prices you see before anything starts.

The website first. Then what saves you time.

Three levels that stack. You start with the essentials and add only what your business actually uses.

Level 01

Base website

A custom site with its own identity — not another template. Fast, clear, accessible, and designed phone-first, because that's where your customers will find you.

  • Design made for your business
  • One page or several, each with a clear job
  • Fast loading and careful accessibility
  • A contact form that actually arrives
+ Level 02

Workflow automation

Let the site work while you run the business. What you do by hand today — answering the same question ten times, remembering appointments, copying data around — can be automated.

  • Automatic confirmations and replies
  • Reminders and follow-ups
  • Connected to your tools: calendar, email, spreadsheets
+ Level 03

AI integrations

AI put to work on concrete parts of your business — when it helps, not because it's trendy. I'm a software developer; and building this kind of tool is my craft.

  • An assistant that answers your frequent questions
  • Summaries of messages and requests
  • Assisted content for your site

Here's how working together goes ↓

Four steps. No mystery.

    Trigger · You

    Tell me about your business

Use the form or plain email. No sales pitch.

  2. 02
    Action · Me

I reply with an honest take

What I’d build, what you don’t need, a fixed quote, and a real date.

  3. 03
    Action · Me

I build it and show you

You see the site live before anything launches.

  4. 04
    Output · Live

It goes live — and grows when you’re ready

Automation and AI get added when your business actually needs them.

Honest numbers, from the start

Every project is quoted on its own. These are the starting points — tell me about your business and I'll tell you, honestly, what I would build, and what you don't need.

Founding clients — 5 projects at 20% off

Bedka Studio is new, and I'd rather show you real work than tell you about it. For my first five projects I'm taking 20% off the listed price of Launch, Feature, and Cinematic. In return, I ask for your honest feedback: a short testimonial in your own words, and permission to write up the project as a case study. Good, mixed, or critical, the discount stands either way. When the five are booked, this offer ends and prices are as listed.

0 of 5 booked

Every site works beautifully on phones, is built for Google and local search, and follows accessibility guidelines — at every tier.

Starter

Just need to get online

$497

A clean, simple one-page site built on my proven layout, ready in about a week. Works on phones, includes a contact form, and it's yours — no monthly rent.

The quote is fixed. The price we agree on is the price you pay — no surprise invoices.

Half to start, half at launch. Then you own everything — the site, the code, the accounts. Nothing is held hostage.

The first year of hosting is included. After that, Site Essentials keeps your site and form running and your domain renewals on track, for $120 a year.

After launch: Care covers your edits for $70 a month — or skip it and pay only when you need a change, at $75 an hour.

Add-ons — a Spanish version, Google Business Profile setup, extra pages — are priced in your quote. Workflow automation and AI integrations are quoted per project, added when your business needs them, not before.

Asked and answered

How much does a website cost?

A simple Starter site is $497. Custom work starts at $1,200 for a one-page site ($960 for my first five founding clients). The quote is fixed before we start — the price we agree on is the price you pay. Half to start, half at launch.

How long does it take?

It depends on the project — a one-pager is faster than a flagship build. You get a real date with your quote, not a guess.

I already have a website. Can you redesign it?

Yes. Tell me what's not working and I'll give you an honest take — sometimes it's a full redesign, sometimes it's a few fixes. I'll tell you which.

What do you need from me?

Your words, your photos, and a little of your time at the start. I handle everything technical — you never touch code.

What happens after launch?

The site is yours — code, accounts, everything. The first year of hosting is included; after that, Site Essentials keeps it running for $120 a year. For changes, Care covers your edits for $70 a month, or you pay only when you need something, at $75 an hour. Every site also gets 30 days of free fixes after launch.

Do I need AI or automation?

Probably not on day one — and I'll tell you if you don't. When a task starts eating your week, that's when it earns its place.
